Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Arbicore (“Arbicore”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit arbicore.site, contact us, or use our desktop and mobile applications for hedging and arbitrage across MCX, COMEX, and NSE.

1. Who we are

Arbicore provides software tools for cross-market hedging and arbitrage. We are not a broker, exchange, or investment adviser. For privacy questions, contact support@arbicore.site.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact inquiries — name, work email, phone (optional), interest category, and message when you use the website contact form or email support.
  • Account & subscription — registration details, billing and invoicing information, and support tickets when you subscribe to or renew Arbicore.
  • Communications — content you send via email, WhatsApp, phone, or in-app support.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage & device data — app version, operating system, device type, crash and diagnostic logs, and approximate usage patterns needed to keep the product stable and secure.
  • Website technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) when you visit our site.
  • Local browser storage — a short backup of contact-form submissions may be stored in your browser’s local storage so your inquiry is not lost if delivery fails. Theme preference is also stored locally.

Market and trading context

Arbicore may process positions, orders, alerts, and related desk configuration you enter or connect through the product. Exchange market data is subject to each venue’s rules and your data entitlements; we do not sell your trading book.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to sales, onboarding, renewal, and support requests
  • Provide, maintain, and improve the website and applications
  • Authenticate users, manage subscriptions, and process payments where applicable
  • Send service notices (for example security, outages, or material product changes)
  • Detect abuse, enforce terms, and protect the integrity of the service
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

We do not sell personal information or desk contact lists.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

Where privacy laws require a legal basis (for example GDPR), we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the product you subscribe to); legitimate interests (securing and improving the service, responding to business inquiries); consent where required (certain marketing or optional cookies); and legal obligation.

5. Sharing of information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers — hosting, email delivery (including form notification services), payment processors, analytics, and crash-reporting vendors who process data on our instructions.
  • App distribution platforms — Apple App Store, Google Play, and similar channels when you download or purchase through them (their policies also apply).
  • Professional advisers — legal, accounting, or compliance counsel as needed.
  • Authorities — when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

If we undergo a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or equivalent protections.

6. International transfers

We and our providers may process data in countries other than where you are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

7. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, inquiry records for a reasonable business period, account data for the life of the subscription plus any legal retention window, and logs for security and troubleshooting for a limited time. You may ask us to delete data subject to legal and operational limits.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data (access controls, encrypted transport where applicable, and least-privilege practices). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please protect your credentials and devices.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

Our marketing website is primarily static and does not rely on advertising trackers. We may use essential storage (including local storage for contact-form reliability and theme preference) and standard hosting logs. If we introduce optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data; object to certain processing; request portability; and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@arbicore.site. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

11. Children’s privacy

Arbicore is intended for professional and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).

12. Third-party links and market data

Links to exchanges, app stores, or other sites are governed by those parties’ policies. Market data licenses and exchange rules remain separate from this Privacy Policy.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the website or apps after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
